Although the property taxes are assessed as of January 1 of each year, they are typically due and payable on November 1 of that year. The tax bills will be mailed be mailed by November 1.

Payment Approaches of Property Taxes

There are several approaches you can select to make a payment, including debit cards & credit cards (Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express), checks, and cash.

Please Note: No additional fee is charged for check payment and e-check online, but a fee of 2.50% with a $2.50 minimum will be imposed by debit card & credit cards.

Delinquent Property Taxes

The unpaid taxes become delinquent on April 1 every year and are subject to a 3% penalty. Taxes that are past due must be paid in full with certified monies (cash, cashier check, money order, or credit card with a 2.5% fee). Please notice that personal checks are not accepted.
