Orange County Tax Collector
The property owners should pay their property taxes beginning from November 1 each year. The taxes are due on March 31 and become delinquent on April 1. If you pay taxes early, you will receive an early payment discount (4% if paid in November, 3% if paid in December, 2% if paid in January, 1% if paid in February).
There are three steps to paying property taxes. First, verify the information about your property made by the Property Appraiser. If you disagree with the description, please contact the office of the Property Appraiser as soon as possible. Second, select the payment method - pay online, pay by mail, or pay in person. Please note that the processing fees will be charged (e-check: $ 1.50 processing fee; credit/debit card: 2.39% processing fee, $2.00 minimum).
