Seminole County Tax Collector

In accordance with Florida Statute 197, the Tax Collector is in charge of collecting ad valorem taxes and non-ad valorem tax assessments. They are imposed by the county, local governments, and other taxing bodies within the county. Property taxes are calculated based on the assessed value made by the Property Appraiser and the millage rates set by the tax authorities.

There are three payment options offered by the Seminole County Tax Collector - Pay Online (Credit Card and E-check), Pay in Person (Cash, Check, Credit Card, and Money Order), and Pay by Mail (Check, and Money Order). Please note that credit card has a service fee of 2.35%, and e-check has a $1.00 service fee.

Search and Pay Taxes Online

You can search and pay the property taxes by entering your address, owner/business name, or property ID and clicking the "Search" button. You will get information about the property taxes such as the paid status, ad valorem taxes, non ad valorem taxes, and amount due. If there is an amount due, you can make a payment online.
